This week, I've been making strides with my Portfolio showreel project. Drawing inspiration from Canva's impressive collection of templates and designs, I've been gathering references and ideas to infuse creativity into my showreel.
Practical 🔅
As I explore various color palettes, I'm considering the emotions and themes I aim to convey. Vibrant hues exude energy and excitement, while subtle tones evoke sophistication and tranquility. It's an exhilarating process of experimentation and refinement as I strive to create a showreel that truly captivates and resonates with its audience.
Lecture 🔆
In this week's online lecture class, we delved into the fascinating realm of website layout design, with a particular focus on incorporating video and audio elements. We explored the principles of designing layouts and content to accommodate video and audio seamlessly. Understanding the strategic use of video and audio in web design, we learned about the different types of files suitable for the web and how to integrate them effectively into our projects. It was an insightful session that expanded our understanding of multimedia elements and their impact on enhancing user experience. The flip presentation were presented via online too.

A : I like their red packaging, and they can also design varieties of styles that we can learn more

A : I think it's minimalist and it's also very clean and neat for audience to receive information of their company or website

A : I would choose Asterisk because most of their designs are in black theme and I would use that kind of theme for my assignment too. It's also looks high quality and high input
Q : If you're a TARC internal staff and wanted to change campus logo, whose design studio would you choose? Why?
A : I would choose Karuna because their logo designs are more interesting, creative and colorful compared to others. They also used geometric shapes to create the logo which suits as our current TARC logo as well
